And that’s exactly the concept behind the integrated communication platform we created to revolutionize the way SEA tells its services. Let’s start with the introduction of our 9 travelers-type.

Around here, we say that people of the air travel light. Why? Because their choices can make air travel less burdensome for the environment—especially when they use the innovative and sustainable services offered by the airport.

We showcased all of the airport’s sustainable and tech projects through a full-scale takeover at Milano Malpensa and Milano Linate.

All assets led to an educational landing page where travelers can find all the info about Milan Airport services and how to use them to travel smarter.

We brought the people of the air to social media as well. Based on their personalities and interests, we created several editorial series to provide SEA’s community with travel advice and airport tips.

Of course, our social media strategy included a series of video reels. Each subject presents a service with a fresh tone of voice.

The campaign is still live. We created a replicable format that can include anything and anyone. The sky wasn’t our limit—it was our starting point.

So, what does it take to pull off a campaign this big? A big screen and an even bigger team.
