In 2024 Roma Pride celebrated its thirty-year anniversary: for a historic anniversary we thought, together with the AUT magazine, of a historic campaign.
What if the Roman Empire, militaristic and regimented, became fabulous for once? To do so, we appropriated the archetypes of Rome’s history by interpreting them in a rainbow key: the Roman empire became the romantic empire, and the military jargon of Ancient Rome became closer to the LGBTQ+ community and its rights.
The multi-subject campaign, with a hero subject and four thematic subjects, was published on the AUT Magazine Instagram page in the form of posts and stories.
